Every customer who comes to us for a project of any size is given the same level of open and honest service.

fusion agrees a way forward with you at the outset and then writes it down in the form of a statement of work covering all the important aspects of getting your web or software project completed on time and to your satisfaction.

If your project is very small ad very simple, then naturally the documentation will also be very short and simple, but nevertheless, you will always know what to expect form us and you will always feel that you are in the driving seat.

Project management.

We have amongst our staff very experienced project managers who have delivered successful projects running to millions of pounds and we also have many more hands-on types more used to intense conversations and late nights at the office.

We tend to use Prince 2 for the bigger projects and to adapt an agile prototyping approach to small and medium projects, but once again, you will be in the driving seat and we will do everything we can work in a way that you are comfortable with.

 

Training

Every system we deliver, whether it is a simple blogging system or a complex CRM, will be provided with the option of full and detailed training.  Training is delivered in two ways. Online one to one training using our online meeting systems and in-house training at your own desk.

Our principal is to train the trainer and then provide distance support to help you in training and supporting your own people. This approach transfers ownership faster to your organisation and engenders more confidence in your people so you get the maximum out of your new system.
As always, you are in the driving seat and we will set this up to suit your favoured way of working.

 

 

Support

 

Support is delivered via support documentation, email support and telephone support and on-demand one -to-one support via teleconference in a mix to suit your needs.
Generally we will suggest quite comprehensive support in the course of the first few weeks with a much lower level of support thereafter.

 

Reporting

On larger projects we tend to produce detailed weekly status reports to make sure you are aware of progress and in a position to react to any impending risks.
